Real Estate Professionals who focus on reducing energy cost in the properties they manage experience many challenges. This half-day workshop will explore several of the obstacles, motivations, and competing priorities they routinely encounter. Those interested in starting a new energy cost reduction program or revamping their current strategy will learn proven and pragmatic ways to do so. We will also discuss approaches to track utility consumption, make that information visual, and effective methods to communicate the success of utility expense reduction efforts. The program will wrap-up with an insightful panel discussion of the motivations behind several local energy conservation efforts in multifamily and commercial buildings.
