One of the fastest-developing – yet often least-understood – areas of law in recent years relates to the rights of transgender Americans, including questions of both the design and accessibility of spaces. This engaging workshop with provide participants with an overview of transgender identities, the current legal landscape, and recommendations for inclusivity.
