The climate is changing - but there are solutions. While climate volatility and weather disruption will continue to increase, buildings will evolve to become more weather-resilient and storm-resistant. Solutions won't come from government, but instead from industry entrepreneurs inventing new carbon-friendly ways to keep the lights on and tenants satisfied.

Paul Douglas is a nationally-respected meteorologist, with 40 years of broadcast television and radio experience. Today, Douglas and a team of meteorologists produce and disseminate daily weather reports for electronic media, newspapers, cable and HD studios in the Minneapolis area. He has appeared on MSNBC and CNN discussing extreme weather and climate change and will share his theories of the future effects globally and on the CRE industry.
