Being a property manager requires you to be aware of many things regarding your facilities. This roundtable will focus on taking matters into your hands regarding pavement and storm water management. Learn how to recognize asphalt distresses by completing a “mock” pavement assessment. After completing this assessment, the speakers will define the asphalt maintenance techniques to address what the assessment determined. In addition, this course will cover the basics of stormwater management and provide a better understanding of the main issues involved in both the volume and quality of stormwater runoff at your properties. You don’t want to miss learning what the requirements are of municipalities and watershed districts when making improvements to your properties, as well as annual stormwater inspections.
