Property managers of smaller-sized residential buildings often are responsible for overseeing construction projects and tenant improvement. Responsibilities include tracking permits, managing vendors and making sure the project meets its deadlines. Presented by construction manager Gerhardt Gliege, Cushman and Wakefield, this roundtable will give property managers a deeper perspective straight from an expert. Get the scope and ask the questions to ensure your future projects are successful.

An application will be submitted to the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 1 hour Real Estate continuing education.
