Matt Woodruff, Larson Engineering
Matt Woodruff is a licensed Professional Engineer and has over 20 years of civil engineering experience. He has worked with numerous real estate owners, property managers, and developers. His experience has mainly focused on the development of parking lot and parking ramp maintenance plans and assistance with the implementation of those plans. Matt has also worked on site design projects for new commercial and residential developments.
Michael Remington, INSPEC Inc.
Michael Remington has been employed as a Civil Engineer with Inspec since 1988, serving as project engineer on hundreds of facility condition assessments, pavement and athletic facility and exterior wall projects nationwide, and is responsible for field evaluations, leading teams of consultants, data collection, supervision of project plans and specifications, construction administration services, project material submittal review and approval, construction observation, and quality control testing.
Allen Witt, TerraCon Consultants Inc.
Allen earned of Bachelor of Science in Civic Engineering from Purdue University. He is a registered engineer in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Colorado. He has a background in construction, engineering and architecture, with over 30 years of facility planning related experience. Have been involved in projects in various capacities including roofing systems, wall claddings, glazed assemblies, waterproofing and building enclosure diagnostics. Allen has experience with a variety of building types including single and multi-tenant residential, high and low rise commercial office, retail, hospitality, education facilities, industrial and sports facilities.
