Four Patterns of Healthy People; How to Grow Past your Rooted Behaviors, Discover Deeper Connection with Others and Reach your Full Potential in Life and Business
Emerging Stronger and Healthier from Adversity
Based on Matt Norman’s book Four Patterns of Healthy People, this session will increase awareness of how you think, relate to others, view yourself, and make choices amidst difficult circumstances. You will be able to determine which of the four patterns may help you emerge stronger from current challenges and which may be dragging you down. Matt will cover sports psychology and family systems psychology, along with the latest research in success habits. You will be challenged to operate with greater awareness and commitment to healthy work and life. Specifically, you’ll:
- Understand the factors that create anxiety and dysfunction
- Increase clarity into the four patterns of a healthy person
- Gain commitment to personal growth
- Learn a practical strategy to improve your emotional health and connection with others
All attendees will receive a copy of Matt’s book, which includes practical exercises and assessments for healthier thinking, relationships, ego, and decision-making. Register by March 10th to receive your copy of the book prior to the event; registrations after March 10th will receive their copy of the book after the event.
