Advancing Leaders of Minnesota
IREM Advancing Leaders of MN (ALM) is a committee dedicated to creating events geared towards young professionals with fewer than 10 years' experience in real estate management and promoting growth for upcoming leaders. Organizes involvement in community outreach opportunities to promote IREM to the larger community and provide growth and networking opportunities for members and Industry Partners. Past activities have included Special Olympics Minnesota, Hearts & Hammers, and People Serving People.

Plans educational courses to meet the needs of those pursuing IREM designations, and provides meaningful and timely educational events for members and the larger real estate community. Manages the Industry Partner program, comprised of vendors, contractors and other suppliers of goods and services to the property management industry, and plans the annual VIP (Valued Industry Partner) Tradeshow event in the spring.
