Educational Foundation
A permanent, dedicated endowment to provide economic support for students who express an interest in the real estate industry. The IREM Chapter 45 Student Endowment Scholarship recognizes outstanding college/university students who demonstrate a record of academic achievement and interest in pursuing a career in real estate and property management. We will be awarding two (2) $3,000 scholarships for the 2025-2026 year. Applications for 2025-2026 have closed. Applications for 2026-2027 will open in the fall of 2026.

Since 2019, the Chapter 45 Educational Foundation as awarded more than 13 scholarships totaling $30,500 to college/university students pursuing real estate education.
